Meeting Agenda

About this template

The first rule of making meetings more productive is to ask yourself whether you need to have them in the first place. For the ones that can’t be replaced, use this template to keep the meeting efficient and action-oriented:

Before the meeting:

  • Share the project with relevant team members and assign items.
  • Add agenda tasks for each item to cover.
  • To keep the meeting running on time, add a time limit to each agenda task. For example, “Review project A (2 min)”.

After the meeting:

  • Assign and set due dates for new action items so they don’t get forgotten before the next meeting.
